Cloudytabs software#
Overall, Safari Keyword Search is one of those great pieces of software that enhances your daily routine while staying out of your way unless you want it. (Automatic syncing would be nice, but since Safari Keyword Search is an extension, that would be a tricky-if not impossible-proposition.) It’s a simple matter to tweak your settings to your liking on one Mac, export them to a Dropbox folder, and then import them on your other Mac. I've gotten in the habit of clicking update, acknowledging the error, waiting a minute or so and then clicking update again. Basically, you have to click update on a pending update a few times before it stops throwing an error. I agree with everyone who is concerned about the deteriorating quality of Apple's operating systems over the past five to ten years. CloudyTabs is a new utility for Mac owners who prefer to use Chrome or Firefox for their browser, but don't want to give up one of iCloud's useful features - iCloud Tabs. To use CloudyTabs, open the app and select a tab from one of your devices.The tab's URL then opens it in your default browser (useful if like me, you use Safari on iOS and Chrome on OS X), Cmd-Selecting a tab (or highlighting it and pressing Return) opens the tab in the background.
I'm not trying to steer the conversation but I'm wondering if they could be related iCloud issues. CloudyTabs is a simple menu bar application that lists your iCloud Tabs. CloudyTabs is an app that sits in your menubar and shows you all your open tabs on different devices. I've recently started getting error messages when trying to update an app on the App Store. Recently I have had problems with App Store software updates not connecting. I'm writing this because I am wondering if another issue is related. I don't recall the last time I used that feature, maybe a month or two ago. I just noticed today (for the first time) that my open Safari tabs are not syncing across iDevices.
